July holiday itinerary

Hi all! First draft of my itinerary - any comments would be greatly appreciated. Whose going - Me, DH and DD (8).

Sat - arrive, chill (! like I'll be able to do that! )

Sun - MGM/Fantasmic

Mon - IOA

Tues - Seaworld

Weds - Blizzard Beach/Downtown

Thurs - Epcot

Fri - Magic Kingdom

Sat - Animal Kingdom

Sun - Free as yet (any suggestions? )

Mon - Universal

Tues - Kennedy Space Centre

Weds - Magic Kingdom (both mine and DH's birthday this day so need suggestions as to what to book as PS)

Thurs - Typhoon Lagoon

Fri - SHOPPING !

Sat - coming home unfortunately

Does this look OK or am I trying to cram too much in? Thanks for your help.

Are you staying onsite? If so then it looks like you are making good use of EMH. Your itinerary looks great and you have a spare day to revisit any park you need to or just chill out a bit. Have a lovely time, we are there in July too.

We're staying on I Drive - I don't know whether that will make a difference or not?

EMH means that on certain days a park either opens early or closes late for resort guests only, this seems to mean that the EMH parks will be busier on those days. This may or may not bother you as although the parks will be busy the opening hours are longer in the summer anyway.
One more suggestion, you have MGM on the first day, may I suggest you leave Fantasmic until another day as it is likely to be quite late (either 9pm or 10.30pm) and you will still be suffering a bit of jet lag and may not enjoy it to the full. Maybe this is something you could do on your free day or after Typhoon Lagoon.

Good point! I never even thought about jet lag! Oops! Yeah, will definately have to reschedule that one - I don't think DD will be up to a late night (or even DH). I will, of course, be running on adrenaline - I'm soooo excited!

Perhaps after Seaworld on Tuesday?

This is our first trip - so I need to be organised! I have no idea of what to expect - so if I have everything planned out in my head (and on paper) - hopefully all should be well! Can't wait to go either!

I would suggest doing a relaxing park on your first day to get into the swing of things. Seaworld is often suggested as a good first day park.

Another quick question everyone! Which tickets should I buy to cover all of the above? I will get a 4 park flex ticket for universal - but which Disney one should I get?

Ta muchly xxx
