Are mossies a problem in Spain this time of year?

Trying to get organised for the weekend!

Thanks

Depends where you are going, but yes, they can be a problem. We never go to Spain without taking some of the Avon Skin-so-Soft (Woodland Fresh) moisturising cream, we never get bitten if we use this...

Yes, we usually go to the Costa Brava region, sometimes if you are in an area that has a lot of pine trees you don't get bitten, but if you are near still water there will be plenty of mossies. Better safe than sorry!

Have a great time PoohBear

I have just returned from Puerto Pollensa in Majorca. We were lucky enough not to get bitten as we had 1 of those plug in thingies in the room. However, we did see lots and lots of very badly bitten legs and arms about.

Not sure if this is good news or not for you, but was also very, very hot!

Have a good time.

Thanks everyone, I've been and bought a nice big jar of jungle formula!

Mary, do we plan all our holidays / trips at the same time? LOL

LOL nope only thing I have planned in October is a wedding exhibition (yawn).

Menorca sounds much more fun

You packed your running shoes yet, we never did get that run round BCV last year!
