ADRs and dining with special needs
Just read this post in the dining forum and wondered if any other Dibbers had found ways to help them cope with special needs when dining

I always try and make our ADRs for opening times of the restaurants which usually means little waiting.
I'm also going to take DS2's MP3 and headphones so he can listen whilst waiting if we have to. Caron

I have small laminated cards, that I give to the CM's, my son has a serious eating disorder which makes meal times a real strain, by doing this its easier than having to explain myself in front of everybody . Same with DH, being deaf he cant hear or lip read americans(accent), so again, this helps us and the CM's.
