I use my vouchers to upgrade PE -> UC That means I pay £1000 +55k points and get a £3000 seat and I'm happy with that deal

They’re no different to anyone else. The staff are nice and plenty to watch on the in flight entertainment. I take my own food so can’t comment on that! Also they arrive at terminal c which I prefer.
