 Budget hotel, clean and friendly, very near to WDW and Sherbert Road shortcut. Rooms big, though when we went in 2002, felt it was in need of a refurbishment. For quieter rooms, ask for a room on the "outer" sider as the inside rooms overlook the atrium where they have karaoke everynight til about 11pm, not a good idea with small children or if you are a light sleeper. Has Pizza Hut and fast food counter, bar with Happy Hour, indoor pool (which is rare apparently!), jacuzzi, outdoor pool. Excellent courtesy coach service to WDW.

We found this hotel fine in 2002, clean, comfy, lots of restuarants nearby, and when you are on a budget you couldn't have asked for more really!
