does anybody know if they open the parks early on alternate dates
i was thinking of getting a 2 day base ticket with no hopping to keep costs down for the 3 of us

No they don't. At the moment it is IOA for most of November. So don't expect it to be alternate parks while you are there.

You don't need early entry with the express passes, have a nice lie in :-)

I’ll second this. We did a night at RPR on the 21st, and got to IOA before 8. It was mental busy. You could barely move in Hogsmeade, and as for the queue for Forbidden Journey...😳 Suffice to say we didn’t bother the next day. You won’t wait long with Express. We were on Gringotts in 10-15 mins, standby was 105.

We went in May (previous year) for 12 days and IoA was the early opening park every day.
