We're off on Sunday!

Heading off on Sunday... AGAIN! So excited to be there for Christmas season, it looks amazing!
Anyone know how cold & busy it is atm? I'm getting conflicting weather reports of rain, ice/snow & sun lol! I'm totally prepared for the cold, but not the rain!

ETA: also is there a postbox when meeting Santa for posting letters? Or anywhere in DLP? DD would like to bring her letter with her to post.

We returned from a 4 night trip on the 1st December, and it was freezing! very cold and we had a mixture of rain/snow and sun..more sun than rain but it only rained heavily for half a day on one of the days and we spent that afternoon back at our hotel pool instead. The weather did not stop us from having such a great time. The Christmas celebrations are so magical and not to be missed. Like you I was worried about weather but in the end we just went along with what ever the weather was and accepted that its that time of year where it will be cold and wet. We saw Mickey's Big Band show (which is great!) about 3 times as it was also a good excuse to get out of the cold and the frozen sing a long was a good place to get out of the rain :)

I'm having Disney blues now and can't wait to go back..hope you enjoy it and don't let the rain ruin it...maybe plan the rainy days to do more of the indoor shows/rides.

We came back on Sunday and were lucky enough to not have any rain but boy was it cold!

Definitely wrap up warm, most people were wearing hats (mostly Disney based!) and had gloves and scarves.

Layers are your best bet.

Have a wonderful time - we had a ball and I'd love to still be there now! :)

Rained like a **** late this afternoon/early evening.

People looked miserable: i bet they were the people with no thermals/waterproofs.

Cant stress to bring the correct clothes enough and a umbrella.
