Old Fishing Store
 

So I've now started the Old Fishing Store.



Rather than show you a blow by blow build. I thought I would just concentrate on the result of each bag with one or two detail shots.

Bags 1 - this created the foundations of the building:



Buried in the foundations ia rather large web with an equally large spider:

I love this set. I don't know why it's just one of the nicest sets ive seen in a long time. Have fun building it.

I like this model as it is so different and looks quaint.:)

I really like it too I suppose it's because it looks more old school Lego but it's clearly not

I just love the detail of this set... the spider is great. :)

Definitely one of the best Ideas sets so far.

So this afternoon I tackled Bags 2.

This puts in floors, tiled floors and raise the walls (slightly):



What I like are the floorboards complete with nail heads. Really adds to the detail of the set:

At the moment we'll to me it just looks like a pile of bricks amazing how it all comes together though

Its the lower storey which stands on the sand and rocks. Finding it odd that the spider and web is hidden by all the build.

That is odd I'd have though it would have been in the actual shack Gd11 really fancies this set I'm sure her and Grampa could do it together She won't let Dad help he opens too many bags at once she says
