Hello lovely techs people.

I am still in the U.K. :(

Husband says that on his Samsung tablet [SMT50] has an issue with Bluetooth.

When he swipes across to put Bluetooth on in settings the little line thingy goes blue but then fades to grey.

I know it’s a bit vague, but anyone give me a clue as to what he has done. I’m presuming he’s inadvertently pressed some sort of turn off button? He’s technically challenged, can build you a house but not turn on a computer ;)

As we are heading into five months apart he’s very dependent on listening to his music

I’d appreciate any ideas

When he tries to switch BT on does he see a list of other BT devices or does it go straight back to grey?

Goes straight back to grey

I've just tried to reproduce the problem and can't. Have you tried restarting the device?

I will get him to do it via Skype this evening. I can usually sort this stuff out myself but not actually being there it’s hard and he’s terrified of mucking it all up ;):(
