Booking hotel before flight

Can anyone give me any advice, looking to book for may 2020 but obviously the flights haven't been released yet. I've noticed attraction tickets direct allow 2 free changes, do Disney direct do this too or is there a charge if I need to change dates to accommodate flights? Direct is working out slightly cheaper at the moment with cashback. Thank you

Disney will charge £50 for an amendment unless the new booking increases in price.

This will be our first time staying onsite, we're wanting to use the magical Express to save hiring a car and car park charges so need it to match up.

Ive booked pofq for 5th-19th may and waiting on flights being released to book up. I was going to fly tui but they fly into sanford just and i get the magical express included as booked via disney so using that would save so much stress

That's what we're hoping for, I'm just apprehensive booking the hotel before the flights are released. Attraction tickets direct are offering an extra $100 gift card but can get 4% cashback if we book through Disney

We are staying onsite for a week and have a car you still have maybe a couple of days to play with if you spend a night at MCO. It still may be cheaper to get Uber and cheap hotel for a night or two playing with flight dates.

I work for myself so can be very flexible and that helps

I like free dining and go in September so always book the hotel before the flights. Once I've booked the hotel my dates are set in stone due to work colleagues' holidays. I then wait for the flights to be released and book them when I'm happy with the prices.
