Attraction Tickets Direct Confirmation Help!
Hi!
I may be worrying too much! however, we booked with ATD yesterday morning, had our order number e-mail with the order status - Action Required. I've logged on this morning and ATD is still showing the booking as processing :erm:. Never booked accommodation with ATD before so just wondering if this is normal and if I just need to be patient? :d: Just slightly concerned as I know a few people have had issues with rooms not actually being available and I don't want to get too excited before I see the words confirmed :d::d: |
Yes, it's perfectly normal and nothing to worry about :)
Mine still says that and I booked in April 2018 for October this year. It's all linked to MDE though and a live booking. I believe it says that until you have paid in full. |
We booked with them on Saturday and mine says the exact same thing, I too have never booked with them, but wasn’t worrying too much as if there was a problem surely they wouldn’t let me believe I had booked and then further down the line tell me otherwise 🤔 to be truthful until you mentioned it I hadn’t even clocked it ☺️ Xx

Loves2plan is correct, the booking shows as 'processing' until fully paid. Our booking was confirmed and linked to MDE without any issues while showing as 'processing'.
