Yes we did get a refund. it was for Discovery Cove tickets and took 15 weeks from 7th April to 21st July (our tickets were for a visit in May when they were shut) and we did email a few times asking for updates and in the end they said they would put it as urgent and we then received the money to our credit card 10 days later.

Returned gatorland tickets on 29th June and nothing yet. Emailed last week to chase up but got a stock reply about delays due to covid etc. Not sure how long I should wait, 2 months should be enough time surely...

I returned mine at the beginning of the month and was told 30-60 days. If I haven't heard by the end of next month I will begin to chase

We had mnsshp refunded within 2 weeks

Your lucky we are still waiting for ours plus Discovery Cove ultimate tickets.

I have emailed Simon but have not had a reply or a refund. I have done a cc chargeback, as I have been waiting from April for a refund

I have received payment.

I put £70 deposit on Disney tickets for this year which they have refused to refund. They did say we could put it towards next year but as we will not be travelling again until at least 2022 that is of no use to us. Will definitely NOT be using them again
