Bubble refund from virgin?
 

Hi just wondering if people have had any refund from bubble seat bookings that never happened? How long is the wait ? Thanks I've asked them directly on twitter and they responded saying its automatic 👍

I got my email today saying it's been processed 113 days after I requested and can take 1-14 days to go through.

+44 344 874 7747 you can message that number on WhatsApp and ask them, they gave me a final date of next Thursday for it being processed

I requested mine 11th May.
I WhatsApp every 4 weeks for an update
Chased last week because I think I was getting near the 120 day mark. It took about 4 days for them to reply but they sent me an email notice and replied on WhatsApp that I should get it back 9th September

Hi there I have chased them again today after being told on 18 August that I would receive our bubble refund no later than 2 September. No sign of the money. I contacted my bank again today to see if they can see it coming in and they said no, nothing! I have WhatsApp and contacted them on Twitter again today and yet again, no response. Not impressed at all.

They were automatically sending them for refund on 5th May which meant 2nd sept was day 120. My parents received their email notifying them their refund had been processsd last Thursday but we haven’t received anything yet despite being on the same flights and sat on adjacent rows but different bookings. Have chased them on WhatsApp but no response yet.

We’re still waiting too. We requested our refund in July.

Had mine processed after 120 days and then a couple of days for the refund to appear on my credit card.

It’s 120 days from when they announced they were retiring the 747s. They automatically sent all upper deck seats for refund.

I was told it was automatically 120 days from 5th May (which was 2nd Sept). When I didn't get it I was told it could take 14 days to appear so I'll be back in touch on 16th.
