It doesn’t make a great deal of difference but sales tax of 6% is the base rate, then there is the additional county rate. So for most places around Kissimmee/Orlando it is either 7% (Orange county) or 7.5% (Osceola county).

Apple warranty is world wide I bought the Apple care with my watch so I had a 2 year warranty from Florida mall in 2017.

I’ve taken my watch twice for repair work to a uk store and had no issues
