Adjusting booking - direct with Disney

Hi I have a booking for 1 person for this September - I want to add a second person to the booking. What is the best way to do this and if i need to call - what is the best number?

Also I have 14 day ultimate ticket attached to the booking, is there any advantage/disadvantage to trying to get it changed to the newer type of ticket - will i lose memory maker? - will i be forced to change it if i add someone to the booking (I know i will have to buy a ticket for them too - that is what i need anyway)

There is only one way to do this and that is by ringing, I can’t remember the number but it will be on your booking and is an 0800 number.

The new tickets still have memory maker and I believe there is an advantage that you can use them over 18 days rather than over 15 as with the Ultimate tickets. This might not be relevant if you are not travelling for 18 days of course.

Thanks - i'll have another look for a number there was an odd on eon MDE next to my booking so didn't want to call that one if there is a better one.

We are going for 18 days, and 3 of those will be in Universal so would be good to be able to use the tickets over a longer duration but wasn't sure if there was any disadvantage to that - or if they will even let me

Also be aware that the new tickets cost more.

Disney will advise you of the cost of adding on and the difference in ticket prices , they are really good at changing bookings for you .
