Updated attestation on Verifly?

We fly early on Monday morning. We are fully vaxxed and will have our tests on Sunday at 6pm at Edinburgh airport.
I’ve installed Verifly but I can’t go any further until I have the negative test. The attestation on Verifly is the current one stating three days before. The one in the CDC website is the new one stating one day.
Will Verifly update to the new one? Maybe on Monday morning. Or should we just sign the paper one - but then we can’t use Verifly!
Confused.

Maybe you could do a paper one as a backup- he new attestation won’t become valid until tomorrow as that will be the first day before the rule kicks in Monday. People flying tomorrow can use the 3 day rule so the current attestation will be valid for them

Could I ask a favour, we have recovery from covid letters so wondering if you could check if there is an option to do a manual upload/photo of this instead of the test result. If not i'll have to ditch the verify app and go 'old skool' with paper !

If you have the paper version printed I would take that one just in case.

I asked BA this via twitter (took ages for a reply) but they said i would have to do it all at check in if i have recovery letters. So no, there isnt a way to do that via the verifly app. Only if you have negative tests for everyone (we are going to test anyway and use that on the app if all showing negative, and use the recovery letters at the airport if we cant use the tests)

Just wait. I found Verifly came good and everything has to be done in order with the Attestation being the last step. I would imagine that they will take the attestation in whatever form is there. The date and time of your test will prove that you've had the test. The staff just literally look at the 3 green ticks. There really is no need to stress. After the airline has checked you in you're good to go. Nobody asks to see anything at boarding or at the other end and coming home it's only at check-in they want to see the green ticks again.:thumbs-up

Thanks for the info, all at check in is fine with me, I have printed everything just in case. I'd be interested in your experience (if you have the time to post) as I see you are flying a few days ahead of us.

Have a safe trip and remember 'This is the Way'
