Windsor Hills or Condo Resort?

Wondering which is preferable? We want at least 2/3 bedrooms but aren't sure whether to go for a condo or resort? We've rented villas in the past and not liked just having one small ish pool. We would prefer to be right next to a large pool, with slides, lazy river if possible, tennis etc.

Any suggestions? Like the look of Margaritaville but too expensive at the moment. Grove Resort? Need some help
😉

We have stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at Windsor Hills and as it happened we were right near the communal pool, slides, game room, and theater. It was very convenient. The teens easily walked over to relax together and my youngest enjoyed sharing the large pool and slides with other children (made quick friends for games in the pool). The condo had a balcony for enjoying of a morning with a cup of tea or the evening with a glass of wine.

We also stayed at Orange Lake Resort. Wonderful lazy river, pools, games, etc., but it was so large/spread out and so busy/so many people, the children couldn't explore without us. Also felt like they wanted to nickel and dime us for everything (use of slides, renting tubes for the lazy river, etc.).

Thanks for the reply. We will have 2 x teens also, 13 & 16. I didn't realise some places would charge for the slides etc! Interesting...

Windsor Hills can give you the best of both worlds as you can either rent a 2 or 3 bed condo with a balcony or a 3 bed townhouse which has a splash pool and outdoor space to relax. Both the condos and townhouses are within a couple of minutes walk of the main resort area and there is absolutely no additional charge for the use of the facilities. Your teenagers would love the slides but there is also a games room with table tennis, snooker etc (and a gym if you are feeling really energetic)

Reunion is great for condos and they are very spacious, I think more so than the condos at WH. We are going Jan so don't want the responsibility of a private pool and heat this time. There are so many great pools to choose from on Reunion. We have stayed at both Reunion and Windsor Hills in villas and love both resorts

Windsor Hills is very nice and they recently updated the water park here. Margaritaville looks amazing but you are correct it's very expensive. You can, however, pay to use the waterpark here.

We love Formosa Gardens which is right by Windsor Hills but bigger plots with larger pool areas. And much more private as the houses are not as packed together as Windsor Hills.
