FOP not one FP available
 

I am super peed off. the one ride we were all looking forward to. was on the fast pass page bang on 12 and there was not one FOP fast pass available for that day...
Cant believe it.

at 30 days out for a period as busy as christmas, this was expected

We weren't staying onsite so had to book 30 days out. Couldn't get one at first. Finally got a late one on the only day we were there. Managed to keep modifying it until we eventually got one for 0910 hrs we fitted in brilliantly with our 0800 hrs Tusker House breakfast adr. It really is a case of checking daily.

Even at 60 days out we were struggling to get them for FOP..managed to get them for late on Christmas Eve which wasn't a great time for us as we're in Seaworld all day,but we're going to head to AK afterwards and hope to beat Santa back to the villa..hope you manage to ride it..it's amazing.

Sorry that you didnt get it! Its a super new and popular ride so i'm not surprised you weren't able to get anything 30 days out. I advise you to keep on checking. People have been known to get fastpasses on the day of their AK visit by checking fastpasses at around 10.35 (chmurf linked a post about it above).
Don't give up hope! If all else fails just get to AK really early on the day and go there first thing. Don't go on a day that hotel guests have morning Extra Magic Hours as it will already be mobbed before you arrive.

We managed to get one last week, we went yesterday, it was for 8.10am. The park opened at 8am but by 8.15 there was a 3 1/2 hour wait already!
But all parks are super busy this week for Thanksgiving.

Was there EMH? Wow.
We will have a DAS card so hopefully this will help us out also.

We went 2 weeks ago, AK opened at 9, we were there for 8.10 and waited just under an hour to ride, the line kept moving though so didn’t feel too bad.

You don't need a fastpass if you have a DAS and your party is 6 or less. You just won't be able to use it for anything else during the long wait so make sure you get a return time before you start using your other fastpasses.

We are actually a party of 8 so I've been in touch with them and they said to go to guest services and talk to someone.
