Am I mad?

We are renewing our wedding vows in Antigua in two months time and I'm thinking of having my haircut a bit differently. I currently have a one-length bob to my shoulders but am thinking of going a bit shorter and having some choppy layers put in.

Do you think I'm mad to change my style at this late stage?

Have you ever had it cut like that before? It so, did you like it then?

Hi Beryl :wavey:

I've had it short before but not with choppy layers - I only want a little bit off the length but am just fed up with the "straightness". My only worry is that I've got the image I want but what if my hair doesn't look like that when it's finished - as so often happens.:confused2

Hey Paula - yes you're mad LOL. I had my hair coloured a week ago to see if it suited me ready for my wedding in September 2011. It looked NOTHING like I asked for. So glad I have enough time to sort it out before the big day. A good stylist should be able to tell you if a particular style will suit you in advance.

I think go for it, if you don't like it you can always put some clip in extensions in x

Hi Paula.

What you are thinking of getting sounds a bit like my hairstyle. Is that the sort of thing you mean? If so, then having met you a few times I think it would suit you. I love my hair and wouldn't be without my choppy layers now as they really give it a nice look.:wavey:

This is what I've got in mind (but I'm dark, not blonde).:
