If you do wish to complain then you would need to direct your complaint to Magic Breaks, Disney informed Travel Agents of this closure some time ago.
Magic Breaks have a specific section of their website which lists the pool closures: https://www.magicbreaks.co.uk/genera...sure-schedule/ They also include this text on all bookings when the pool is closed along with the prices: If you feel you weren't informed when you booked, then best to email them to log your complaint customercare@magicbreaks.co.uk |

I have a personal preference for SL as I prefer a cosy, homely feel. But there is no denying that NPB is absolutely lovely - stayed there in Sep 2017 and it was great.
