Here we go again - SUCCESS at last!

finally found a new contract
150 pts SSR @ $103 per point - 106 banked 2018 points 150 points for 2019 seller paying 2018 MF.

gone up slightly in an attempt to get through ROFR depending on what value they put on the banked points may have an impact on that.

keeping fingers crossed for ROFR now - I really hate this wait :-(

Good luck! How long did the last one take?

skstorm 8 Nov 18 03:59 PM

pretty much the full 30 days :-(

:-( Despite that, I’m still going to keep checking my email every 10 minutes!

As you know, I think in this market this is an excellent deal if it passes ROFR.

good luck

got to agree, them banked points and the seller paying the MF's ( though wouldnt they have done that buy now ? ? ? ) will be the deal breaker

I know I'll be gutted if they take this one too! They are getting harder to find! keep your fingers crossed they have no money and don't notice the points ;-) what about March as a use year? do they take a lot of those?
