BA2156 10 to a row

Just done online checkin for our return flight from Antigua to Gatwick tomorrow and it’s one of the refurbished 777-200 planes with 10 to a row in Economy. Will take some pictures and post some feedback when we get back on Saturday (jet lag allowing).

Sorry if this is a daft question but when you say 10 to a row do you mean a 3-4-3 configuration? I have a nightmare vision of 10 seats in one row only.

Lindy, why on earth would you think it would be 10 in a row?

3-4-3 on the majority of economy rows - you may get slightly less seats in a row at the rear.

It'll be interesting to hear your views - having flown another airlines 777 config of 3-4-3 if felt comfy enough, so hopefully BA's will be ok for you.

Safe and enjoyable flight.

We flew out on one of the refurbished planes last month. It looked like this:

We had extra legroom seats so I don't have a photo of legroom in a standard economy seat but this will give you an idea of seat width. I'm 5'3" and neither particularly fat nor particularly thin.

To be fair the heading is '10 to a row'. I thought the same thing, 10 in a row. Having not flown for over 20 years i haven't got a clue what seating is like in different aeroplanes,

I thought it meant 10 in a long row too. My first thought was how difficult it must be for the people in the middle get up to go to the toilet😳😂
