What concerts have you got planned ?

I’m not a massive concert goer but have got 3 booked in the upcoming months

Deacon Blue ( carry over from last year)
Madness / Squeeze
Simply Red

What have you got in your diary ?

Bring Me The Horizon in September (for our wedding anniversary weekend and YES I know odd choice 😂 )

Everything else from this year which we booked and got cancelled we’ve taken refunds for as future rescheduled dates tend to not work for us - we usually have to do an overnight stay which makes the weekends our only option,

Bring me the Horizon are great! I miss their old stuff though, such as the Chelsea Smile era

The Magic of Motown show, open air at Gawsworth Hall on 31/7.
Always a good show, picnic on the lawn grounds from 3pm, show at 7pm.

Can’t wait

Not strange at all! Saw them in Cardiff a few years ago ... AMAZING show... (and I was only there as a chaperone..)

Nothing at the moment, but some of my favourite acts are releasing albums this year so I'm praying they will tour with them next year. Eagerly awaiting Red Hot Chili Peppers new album and tour, haven't seen them live in 10+ years. Kacey Musgraves too. And Dolly Parton said she wanted to do an international tour to celebrate her 70th, fingers crossed!

I wonder if we were at the same show!

Yes they are amazing live!

I have been mocked by friends as it’s not apparently a romantic way to spend our wedding anniversary 😂

The Specials
Erasure
James/Happy Mondays
Madness/Squeeze
The Skids/Big Country

Also got Simple Plan at The House Of Blues if we get to Orlando in October.

Green Day, The Killers and Gerry Cinnamon next year after they were cancelled this year and last!

Tom Jones in August
Black Stone Cherry (fingers crossed) and the Primordial Annual General Mayhem with Skindred and Terrorvision in September
Elton John, OMD, Deacon Blue and The Offspring all in November.

We've also got a few booked for next year, mostly reschedules.

/Mo
