Tesco points / avios

Anyone found a useful way for these in relation to an Orlando holiday?

Used Tesco clubcard for a villa virgin package in the good old days of four times the value. Also used them a few years ago for the Enclave.

Had a quick look at flights And avios but they don't seem any cheaper because of the taxes etc.

Best value is to use them to upgrade from economy to premium economy or business class.
I've also used them for European placement flights from London to Scandanavia or Ireland and started my transatlantic journey from there with massive savings. As avios tickets include a free baggage allowance this makes it a decent use.

The best use of Avios for flights is either for short haul reward fight saver, or long haul business class or business class upgrades.

People do use them for hotels but the Clubcard tie-up with Hotels.com may make that a better option now.

You used to be able to use them for tickets but never have done myself and not sure if you still can.

We used them to stay at the on-site Hilton the night before, rather than a cheap off-site hotel. Lovely relaxing start to the holiday!

I checked with avios about buying park tickets but they said they don't do that. That would have been brilliant.

We used ours for a couple of nights in the Hard Rock Hotel, worked out better value than car Hire or Long Haul flight.

We're using Tesco points for night at universal hotel and get the 2 days fast passes. You get x3 amount via hotel.com

I just had a look on Tesco and there is something called 'my america' . Did a quick quote and they look really good. Anyone used them?
