Copyright is a very grey area and often it takes someone being sued and the resulting judgement to set a precedent in law.

Caj(who i have an inherent mutual copyright arrangement with through marriage*) has asked if the dibb takes over copyright when we post our photos on the dibb ?

* the inherent mutual copyright arrangement I'm talking about is "is whats yours is mine and whats mine is my own"!

No, Copyright always stays with the copyright holder, the original photographer, unless they have explicitly transferred the copyright
