Existing Alamo Booking

I have had my car booked for a good while with Alamo but have just checked and can get the same car right now for £70 cheaper.
Can I cancel and rebook?

It depends who the 3rd party supplier is. The easiest is with Brits and Andy, Virgin you have to ring them.

If it's Brits just do an amendment which is actually a cancellation and a re booking. You get refunded the original amount within 3 days or so.

Hi Tom, for Virgin, is that Holidays or Atlantic (or both?), and do they just amend the booking or cancel/rebook? (I've already done skip the counter etc).

Cheers :wavey:

Virgin you have to ring and cancel. VH fulfill the booking even if you book via VA. Don’t let them tell you there is a fee to cancel as there isn’t.
