Quick question regarding villa in August...
 

Seen some lovely villas, one I particular caught my eye. Great location, good price, etc, etc. However it doesn’t have Air Conditioning right through, just ceiling fans...

Question is this; is Air Con in a villa essential for a Florida holiday in August?

I’m pretty sure that all houses etc are built with air con over there. It’s probably just not listed on the specs.

I would speak to the owner about the air con. I would say it is absolutely essential and personally I would not use accommodation without it.

I have never heard if a villa not having A/C if it hasn't I wouldn't book it personally in August

I'm pretty sure all villas have air-con, what makes you think the one you've seen doesn't? If it's just the fact that you've seen ceiling fans in some photos, that wouldn't indicate lack of air-con, fans are standard in many homes too as they keep the cool air circulating.

Yeah it does state in the particulars ‘ceiling fans in main rooms for a welcome breeze’, and then ‘fully air conditioned games room’ so I am assuming but I will double check with owner. But sounds like a no go if it doesn’t
