Contacting Virgin

Received an email from Virgin today asking if we would like to pay for our Theme Park Tickets so that we then can make reservations into the parks once the tickets have been released. When you go into Manage My Account and just pay the amount for the tickets how will they know that is what you are paying for and not just reducing the balance? What would be the best way to contact them? Many thanks

I contacted them to ask for my park ticket numbers on that number, they eventually came back and asked for my reference (which was in the original text) then later sent me another saying they were 'unable to assist'

What pain that was after all that .
Hope they don’t do this to me .
I’m waiting for another text from them because they had spelt a name wrong when they transferred. Our booking to next year .
Even something as simple as this is mission at the moment .
