Hi all

Just over 3 weeks to go, wooo! We are staying at Disney but wondering whether it’s worth booking a night at one of the universal hotels so we can get on Hagrid... has anyone been on it? If so, how long did you queue for? And is the early entry helpful in getting on it?!

From what i can see IOA doesnt have early entrance with the stay over.

I don't think the Hagrid ride is included in the express pass either. The ride was staying closed until lunchtime each day, but I don't know if this is still happening.

Im annoyed as was booking overnight stay then when put card details in it came up this price is no longer available and it increased by £50 🤬

I don’t think it will help at all. IoA is not opening early and also I thought the ride opened later than everything else, or perhaps that was temporary due to ride teething issues.

It will not help for this ride at all Im afraid. Its pot luck at the moment too with all the stopages and late starts

The ride isn't currently opening at park opening, it is opening around midday so none of the perks are going to help you I'm afraid as no express pass currently

As above, the ride isn't on EP or open at park opening time.
So unless you want to stay at one of the hotels for EP benefits/other rides early access, then it's not worth it.

They seem to be having a lot of issues with it. Real shame.
