How will they keep that slope snow intact in a temp of over 100 degrees? Surely it would turn instantly to slush/water !

I think everything is inside...like Ski Dubai in the Dubai mall.

The picture isn't Florida though. I saw it on Facebook too and was very confused at first.

The real snow appears to only be in the dome so likely the big slope is artificial.

Not according to their website:

400-Foot-Long Snow Tubing Hill!
Snowcat Ridge will feature a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. The snow hill will feature real snow along with single, double and 6-person family tubes.
