WDW site 'Enter ages on return travel date'

Hey,

We are looking to buy a package for next year and our daughter will turn 3 on the last full day.

On the main WDW it asks for the 'Age of Children at Time of Travel'. When going via Quidco, the site asks to 'Enter ages on return travel date', This then adds £409 to the booking to cover her park ticket, which obviously we don't need!

Would you just put her down as 2 years old? She won't be getting a meal plan or ticket, as she is too young.

Thanks for your help!

I would put her down as 2 I think, given it's only the last day that she'll turn 3.

If you are booking a package to include flights, you will need to put the age at return travel as they will need the DOB for the flights.

Thanks for your help,
No flights included, I think I may put her as 2, as even in Disney's eyes, they stay the age you check in at for the whole stay.

Just book your park tickets separately from the flights & accommodation package, as your daughter is three traveling home you may have to purchase a seat on the plane for her if she is on your lap outbound

If the OP is booking a package to get the free DDP, then they will have to book accommodation and park tickets in the same package. Booking them separately will not provide the free DDP.

The OP has said they are booking the flights separately and these are not part of the package they are booking.

Therefore, personally, I'd just put the child down as 2 on Quidco.

I have this problem, we leave on 27th August and land in the UK on 28th August. My son's birthday is 28th August so I've had to put his age upon return even though we will have left Florida by then. he will be 10-11 though so doens't really make a difference to us as still ahve to buy an adult ticket.

Same issue here... DS turns 3 a few days before we fly back.

I have put his age down as 2
