Has anyone used stayforlong to book accommodation. Some good prices but never used.

Yes a few times. Always using a credit card!

I’m pretty sure they normally are. I think once we had to pay a tourist tax at check in (a few dollars a night) but they (Stayforlong) stated that upfront :)

We've not booked with them, but have used them to get hotels.com to price match.

This is such a good idea! Off to have a bash :)

We've had a few problems getting hotels.com to price match lately, claiming they can't find the room at the price we've submitted. We've learned not to try to argue with them, we just keep submitting cases until they match.
