ANA Flight Refund
 

Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to ANA. Due to fly today from Manchester via Brussels to Tokyo, obviously flights cancelled so no holiday for now 😢
Received email today saying that they’ve given me a full refund of flights and I’ll get the money back in 10 working days. Will be looking to book with them again for next year.

Thumbs up from me to TUI waited until I got my credit note then rang them the 2 hour wait was not good but once I got through I told them I wanted a full refund and 2 days later all money back in my account and we was due to fly this Sunday May 24th so really happy with their service.

Still waiting for my refund from JAL via Expedia UK. Been waiting since 9th April

Well got the refund back onto my card today so only 2 working days! 😊
