New Lion King

Have been so excited for this for months and just got back from seeing it. LOVED it, the original will always hold a special place in my heart but thoroughly enjoyed it!

Did you cry? Would like to see it but it just looks too real & I know I will end up crying

Currently in the intermission for it and wow...

The original is my favourite film ever and this I would say at least matches it so far.

Simply stunning, emotional, funny... hope the 2nd half is similar

How long is the film, I didn't realise films had intermissions these days

We go to an old type cinema in Liverpool. Interval, curtains come across, start serving ice cream!

Wow oh wow. Simply amazing.

I said that the original is still my favourite film ever, even at the age of 35... the remake actually tops it for me. Original still has a place in my heart but this was simply stunning.

The visuals, the songs, the humour... just everything about it was amazing. Cried, laughed... would happily go straight back in there and watch it again!

Go see it
