Another BIG thank you to DFCH
 

We booked with Andy at DFCH for the first time this year and have to say I can't fault the service from start to finish.

He has replied quickly to emails, I have manged to twice reduce the cost of my car hire and I unfortunately have just cancelled due to CV and the money has been refunded already.

I would have no hesitation of using him again and would highly recommend DFCH to others.

We’ve had to cancel as our hols were for next month. I’m so impressed with DFCH as my money was refunded within 2 days. Not even managed to contact anyone else yet. So much to cancel! Thanks Andy.

i have had the email from Andy today stating that i can cancel and get a full refund but still holding out hope that i will still be able to go on the 27th April but have the comfort that i can cancel closer to the time and get a full refund so thank you Andy for contacting me just wish all the other things i have booked will be as easy to get refunds on if we are unable to go.

had to cancel our car hire with Andy and money back in account inside 2 days great job, will be using again as usual
