We stayed at the Seaside Resort and Spa in Crete last October, absolutely beautiful, very boutique style, amazing food, pools and views. Not cheap but good value and really lovely, particularly if you can go out of school holidays (we want in half term and saw perhaps 2 families with young children). I don’t think it’s sold as adults only, but there was very little there for kids so it’s not popular with families.

We stayed at the La Marquise in Kalithea Rhodes 2 years ago for our sons wedding.
It was mid to the end of July and there were very few children there plus there is an adult only area.
Hotel was lovely and the staff were fantastic

The photos don’t really do it justice

The Mayia resort in Rhodes is amazing. Highly recommend - I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Can highly recommend the IKOS resorts in Greece exceptional at all levels. Not adult only but areas that are.
