Did you book online or in a shop? We booked online and still canít choose our seats. It comes up with an error message and to ring tui. Which we have, they donít seem to know why.

Going to ring TUI tomorrow if still not able to resolve myself. Havenít had anytime to ring over the weekend!

Press option 3 then 6. Iíve rang 3 times so far. Still havenít had it sorted. Found someone on Twitter in the same position. Very frustrating.

Same issue from BHX
 
We are the same, Birmingham flight April 2021. Advised on Friday by TUI that there is a backlog of seat mappings and it could in early next year before ours is mapped and online! Poor when you pay the extra to have the peace of mind knowing what seats you book at time of holiday booking.

I was going to ring this afternoon. Hope the systems are back up and running. It is very frustrating for everyone involved. I can't add in passport information either :(
