Shrewsbury?

Anyone know Shrewsbury? I might be meeting my sister there on Saturday/Sunday for lunch and maybe a few hours with the kids.

Any idea of things to do and places to eat. Want a nice pub rather than cheap.
We're 4 adults, one with walking difficulty plus 2 kids (14 and 11)

Morning, sorry only just seen this. We live 20mins from Shrewsbury and like to go over for lunch and a wander, hope you found somewhere nice.

Is it pronounced Shrowsbury or Shrewsbury ? I hear both nowadays.
