Anyone stayed here recently? What were the apartment like? A good standard of decor?
Also would you say walking distance to the premium outlets across the road?

Stayed last year, and the year before, we were more than happy. Clean well equipped, very comfortable. Pools are lovely, plenty of towels, and loungers. As for walking to the premium outlets, I wouldn't describe them as across the road, although techinally they are its a good 20/30 mins walk in the heat, before you walk around them. x

Hey! I go there in six weeks time for our seventh visit at the Villages. We always book out the two bedroom apartments and I have emailed their reservations team in advance for to request which block. We love staying in the st Augustine area as it’s close to the main pool and restaurant though it’s all down to personal preference. We always request a top floor apartment.

Villa Renovations – June 2–Dec. 22, 2019
The Bella phase will undergo interior renovations where one building at a time will be closed for occupancy while work is being done. This project will include window and sliding door replacement, internal painting, and the replacement of artwork, mirrors, light fixtures, sofa, chair, and carpet. Work will be confined to the building interior; the exterior will be surrounded by the safety construction fencing.

Exterior Painting Project – July 21–Dec. 15, 2019
The Key West phase buildings will enjoy an exterior refresh this year. Each building will have scaffolding erected while they are power-washed and repainted. The project will only take place on the sides and back of the buildings keeping Guest inconvenience to a minimum.

We do not anticipate that there will be any impact to our Guests’ vacation experience during these projects.
