I’m not judging anyone. The OP complained because it impacted them, not to get a freebie. Disney chose to sprinkle some pixie dust, which is nice. Anyone who has sour grapes because they didn’t get the same ... eh, shrug it off, you’re in Disney, enjoy!

I just think sometimes people have unrealistic expectations. Something will always be closed or under construction. That’s life.

From 5 FP to a Club Level upgrade...:confused2

I'm actually impressed that they "resolved" it that quick! Just wish they had been that quick last year with SSR/OKW/AKL ! TBH my first thought was, they must be really quiet to throw a Club Level upgrade out that quick! :pgig:

Was originally going to comment on how people were reacting to this all, but looks like I don't need to!

There's nothing wrong with just making an off comment about being gutted about your main parks being closed, it's not like OP called and had a massive whinge about it, the cast member probably realised that this was a family coming mainly for the water parks and so checked to see if there was anything she could do that would make their impacted holiday better.

Enjoy the club level, please consider sharing some photos of what you get with us when you go, or maybe even a trip report ;)

Just off the phone to complain about it. Got...nothing! oh well worth a try! Enjoy those fast passes and club level!

I also complained and got given 9 anytime fastpasses per person (27 total) which I was more than happy with as it will come in handy with two littles in tow!

Don’t worry we have 2 each

Licoricelover 9 Aug 19 08:46 PM

Sorry wrong thread

I see people commenting "when I went it was closed due to weather", for me that's significantly different. That is something Disney can't control. They've decided to close the waterpark earlier, despite it still being warm in September.

Now I can't say I'm not bummed that I don't get to experience BB on my first visit, but I've decided not to complain to not have negativity looming over my holiday.
