New brochure / price grids?
Does anyone know when the new brochures and price grids usually come out?
We’re considering another Christmas break in DLP in 2020, but I wanted to get an idea of base price before offers, mainly whether our arrival day would be moderate pricing or better. (I’ve compared similar dates for 2019, which would be moderate, but no guarantee next year will be the same.) |
I think it’s normally in October when the brochures are released.

It’s October! Just had a look and it’s now possible to book for Christmas 2020 (which I’m definitely not doing, just want to look at prices and offers.) No brochures or offers out yet though, so I’ll keep looking...

Hi, is the link no longer working as I get an error when I try to access it?

Yes, it was taken down. Try this link to it on the ED92 page instead:

Thanks Elodie,
That's great but I can't see the price grid in the brochure or am I missing something? I'm looking at going in August 2020, so the promotion it looks like will be out soon for 20% off, free dining and £100 spending money seems like probably as good a deal as I'll get for then. In your experience do you think I'll get much better if I wait? Also, any recommendation for which hotel to stay in? Thanks again |
The pricing calendar (showing the pricing seasons for each arrival date) is on page 28, but I’m not sure if the actual prices ever appear in the online brochure (ie the grid showing the prices for each hotel and length of stay for each pricing season). They’re usually in a separate link on the DLP site, so you might have to wait to check that, unless anyone else knows where the new prices can be found.
If not, I suppose the closest you can get is to use the new pricing calendar with the old price grid, just to get a rough idea of prices, and see if it’s worth bringing your holiday forward / back a day or two to get a better price. Or you could make a dummy booking on the official site to get prices. The best deal depends on how many people are going together / how long you want to stay / where you want to stay / where you want to eat. We used to find the free nights offer best for a 5 day trip on a tight budget, but they haven’t offered that for a while, so I’m not sure if it will ever be back. The free dining and % off is a great deal if you are planning to eat in the included restaurants anyway, and if your chosen hotel and length of stay fit in with the best deal available (ie moderate - deluxe hotel, and at least 3 nights if you’re staying at Sequoia Lodge). Going by recent offers, it could well be the best deal offered for August 2020. |
