Online Check In DFCH/Alamo
 

Hi,

I have just paid for one of our cars and received the confirmation from Andy (thanks Andy!).

We don't go until the end of April.

I see people do a lot of cancelling and rebooking (I've done it twice).

If I do OLCI is that game over for cancel and rebook? Or can I still cancel and get new details and do OLCI again?

Managed £539 for 18 nights in Full Size SUV (Come on Tahoe/Expedition!) - I don't think it's going to come down but I can always hope :)

You can still amend (which cancels and rebooks) but you'll be given a new Alamo ref number, which means having to check in online again... So for now, I wouldn't bother checking it just yet.

Just a quick add-on q. I have amended my FIL booking today. He has already paid so how does it work? Does the difference get refunded or the whole amount then correct amount taken? Didn't confirm CC details so not quite sure!

I have done this with Andy - difference is refunded - you should get email telling you this

As georgemac says, The difference is refunded - You should get email within 24 hours confirming the refund has been processed. If you haven't, please let me know.
