It's a nice place. Not too much to do but worth a visit.

Not a great lot to do, main road with shops and restaurants, nice beach that's pretty much it. More to do in and around Daytona, there's the speedway museum and racetrack, a flea market , beach , ponce inlet lighthouse which is nice

It really is an older persons place not much to do for a toddler. Quite honestly I think you are better off at Clearwater.

We’ve done the speedway which is good.

Should also point out we’ll have the grandparents with us. We aren't after anywhere fancy with loads but couple of shops and somewhere good to eat with a beach walk would be an ideal day.

Ormond Beach near Daytona is a bit more compact, has eateries and shops and this new Park

That park is opposite Charlie Horse restaurant which serves the best crab leg dinners in Florida.
