ESTA question
 

Hi sorry if this has been asked before... just wondering if someone could advise whether you receive an email when ESTA's are approved? Not clear whether need to keep checking your application or 'they' let you know TIA

No, you don't get an email when they are approved so the only way to know is to check back on the official site.

I did ours yesterday and checked this morning and they were approved, which was a nice surprise! another thing checked of the list :-)

Just did my husbands yesterday and it was approved after about an hour but he hasn't had an email. :grin:

No you don't get an email on approval, but you do get one if they have been cancelled or run out to remind you :)
