Economy Bubble

Quick question.
does anyone know if the economy upstairs bubble front row seats are bookable at time of booking or are they reserved for checkin only

They are bookable but you have to pay for them unlike the seats downstairs for economy classic or delight bookings.

ETA I’ve just checked my booking and the front row of economy in the bubble are £59.
