Cheese wrapped in bacon

Can anyone suggest a suitable cheese which I can use to cut into small pieces and wrap in bacon? Our family like these but are having trouble finding them in the shops to eat with Christmas dinner. So I thought I would make some. 🧀

Jan I use any mozzarella or cheddar but I cut the cheese in to the size I want then freeze it for a couple of hours then wrap and bake
I use non stick baking parchment on the oven tray

I use halloumi, it perfect for wrapping then you just pop it in the oven. Make sure you spray the foil or baking paper when you bake it.

Sorry, I should have said that it comes in a block and you can just cut it to the size you want. It is a cheese that is made for grilling.
