Eurostar Oct half-term

Been waiting for Eurostar tickets to come online for October half-term and the prices are ridiculous! Over £100 each way. Don't they usually come on at much lower prices when they first come available or is October particularly expensive?

What dates have you priced up? They do sometimes put prices up for when kids are off school.

October half term. I know it’s school hols but we’re nine months away!

Some schools have 2 weeks off. I've just looked and there are some cheap ones but I'm not sure what your dates are

Wanted to go on the 26th

If you could go on 21st Oct its £38 one way.

I know! We was looking at prices leading up to this and am shocked how much it has jumped just for that week

It's only in recent years that Eurostar have started to monopolize on school holidays - I hate it!

For a family of four we normally pay £260 at best to £400. £800+ no thanks!

Yes I've noticed that too. It's annoying. We've booked to go on 16th Dec. My eldest who is at secondary school has 3 weeks off at Xmas. I'm hoping to get eurostar tickets cheaper as other schools won't break up until later.
