No1 Lounge Gatwick, how to access with Norwegian premium
 

We’ve booked a Norwegian Premium seat that comes with access to the No1Lounge at Gatwick. How does this work - do we pre book a pass or just show up on the day with our boarding passes? I’m quite excited to try this as it comes with free food and drink so I’d hate to miss out if it’s full when we get there!

Just show up with boarding passes. If the lounge is full there is a chance you wont get in but that would be unusual. We enjoyed the lounge very much.

It is almost unheard of to turn away passengers with airline ticket entrance to a lounge.

It is true that if you have bought a cash voucher (holiday extra etc) or want to pay on the door they will turn you away if full but they don't want to annoy the airlines that pay them lots every year so a premium ticket holder would be last on a long list of people under threat of non entry

3rd October this year we watched a very irate PE passenger refuse entry. Maybe the staff didnt like him but told him free entry isnt guaranteed. Actually the lounge was extremely busy but there was a couple of empty tables.
