QUIDCO- failed to track
Hey, so we booked our holiday in the early hours of when free dining went live. Our Quidco is still not showing the purchase as being tracked- has anyone had this?

We are exactly the same I have raised the claim yesterday with them. Hopefully it will help. Haven’t had any response yet.

If it has been more than 24 hours since your purchase you need to submit a manual claim by going to: https://www.quidco.com/new-enquiry/ Quidco will then have to chase it for you.

I still have an on going claim with Disney 12 months after the purchase through Quidco. Not holding out much hope now.

We are the same, went through Quidco and still not showing. I’ve opened a claim but no news yet x

my last 2 bookings never tracked and had to put a claim in

Strangely though, I had an email from Quidco saying this month I have 1 tracked purchase and my favourite place to purchase is Disney. I hardly ever use Quidco, I prefer Topcashback but only used them as they were offering a higher percentage, I haven’t used them for a year. Somewhere then my Quidco has tracked ...

any update on Quidco? My claim is still open but no movement and it’s not showing as tracked

My 'just to be sure' may help - clear all cookies, disable ad-blocker, re-sign-in to Quidco, make purchase. This avoids any confliction by previous visits to purchase site/Quidco.
