What are you looking forward to when all this is over?

Please can someone move this to the Positivity board?

I am one of those people who always needs something to look forward to. We were going on a two day trip next month but that has been cancelled. Then we have Countryfile Live in August but I cannot being myself to look forward to that in case I am disappointed again. However, I saw an advert for a cruise from the U.K. to Nova Scotia and the surrounding area in September next year and so I am allowing myself a bit of pleasure in anticipation.

Is there something you can look forward to to get you through this painful time?

Just looking forward to seeing my mum. She is in a home with dementia. Thankfully mum will probably be unaware of it all.

I am always obsessed with planning things, trips out, holidays, meals etc etc. It makes you realise what really matters.

We are collecting a new puppy on Monday...

It's going to be like an illegal drugs exchange, put the pup in the carrier, here's your payment, plenty of hand sanitiser and then do a runner... :d::d:

We're hoping he will bring us months of laughs, keep us busy and give us something to focus on.

As for future plans I'm just taking one day at a time at the moment but hoping to reschedule our summer hol to December instead...

Here's a pic of Chip to raise your spirits ;)

Seeing my DS and his family - we were due to go next week and haven't seen them for 3 months. My DD is under 'house arrest' for 12 weeks so will only see her at a distance when Im dropping stuff off. :(
